when you get a bottle of something that says shake well, how well is "well"?

is it vigorously for 20 seconds? not so vigorously for 30?

is shaking from side-to-side better than up and down?

i wonder if anyone has done a study on this.

i wonder what would the history of star trek movies & shows had been like if they had the star trek phase II series in the late '70s.

....i'm posting a link to the ghost adventures drinking game i came up with a few years ago.

some of the stuff doesn't really apply for the past few seasons. they don't go around in a van like they used to, they don't have an expert analyze evidence at the end any more.
